Our company provides professional pet waste cleaning services for residential properties. A technician will visit your property, walk the designated areas in a grid pattern, and clean up all visible pet waste. The waste will be collected and, depending on your preference and availability:
a) Double-bagged and deposited in your designated outdoor trash can, or
b) Double-bagged and placed neatly beside your house if no trash can is available.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the final disposal of the collected waste. Our service does not include waste removal from the property.
By agreeing to these terms, you grant our company and its employees permission to enter your property to perform the agreed-upon services. Please ensure that gates are unlocked and accessible on scheduled service days.
We do not guarantee a specific time of day for service. We will scoop visible waste but cannot move lawn objects or equipment. In cases of tall grass, leaves, or debris, we will remove what is visible. Frozen waste that cannot be removed will be addressed on subsequent visits. We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete.
Our service operates on a pre-payment schedule. Payment is required upfront before any cleaning service is performed. Upon signing up, payments will be set to auto-pay monthly. Please note that no service will be rendered without prior payment. Failure to process payment may result in service suspension and potential restart fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our payment policy, which allows us to provide consistent and reliable service to all our valued customers. The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For months with five weeks instead of four, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing. An 8.25% sales tax will apply to each month’s total.

We maintain liability insurance to cover potential damages. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or issues unrelated to our services.
We welcome friendly pets in the yard during our service. However, for the safety of our technicians, we request that aggressive or potentially aggressive pets be contained during our visit. If a pet displays aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to postpone the service until the pet can be safely contained. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for pets that may escape during our visit. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for both your pets and our staff.
Service may be affected by severe weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the service as scheduled.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Your continued use of our service after any modifications to the Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
All content, features, and functionality of our service remain the exclusive property of our company.
11. Service Interruptions and Charges
In the event that we are unable to perform our scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, locked gates, aggressive pets, or other unforeseen obstacles, we will still charge the full service fee. This policy is in place because any missed service results in an increased workload during the subsequent visit, requiring additional time and effort from our team. We will document the reason for the missed service and make every effort to complete a thorough cleaning during our next scheduled visit. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy, understanding that it allows us to maintain consistent pricing and staffing while ensuring your property receives proper attention, even if it requires extra work in following visits.
12. Service Days on Holidays
If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week's cleanup and perform double dooty the following week. You will still be charged due to 2 weeks of accumulated poo in the yard.
13. All Pricing is Based on An Area Size of a 1/4 of an Acre
For yards exceeding 1/4 acre, we offer customized pricing to ensure the best service for your property size.
14. Pricing Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust service pricing based on actual yard conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, discrepancies in yard size, unexpected terrain or obstacles, higher-than-average waste volume, or any factors that significantly impact service difficulty or time required. We are committed to fair and transparent pricing, and will promptly communicate any necessary price changes. Our team will work with you to ensure that the pricing accurately reflects the services provided, taking into account the specific characteristics and requirements of your property.
15. For Free Initial Cleans
Your first clean may be provided free of charge under certain conditions. If applicable, you must complete at least one month of service with us. Please note that cancelling before fulfilling this term may result in a fee of $150 for the initial clean. This policy ensures we can continue offering valuable promotions while maintaining fair practices for our business.
16. Service Fees
We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure and service fees at any time, at our sole discretion. This may include general price increases to account for various business factors. We will provide notice of any price changes to our customers through email at least 30 days prior to the implementation of new rates. By continuing to use our services after such notice, you agree to the updated pricing. These adjustments ensure we can continue to provide high-quality, reliable service to meet your needs.
